1948 Simplicity 2534 Vintage Sewing Pattern. Soft gathers are released from the forward shoulder seams of the back buttoning blouse. In Style 1 embroidered edging trims the collar, short gathered sleeves and back buttoning petticoat which joins the blouse at the waistline. Styles 2, 3 and 4 are gathered at the waistline and held in place with a seam binding stay. In Style 2 the large collar and puffed sleeves are outlined with embroidered edging. Style 3 has a Peter Pan collar and three quarter sleeves finished with elastic casing. Style 4 features a contrasting Peter Pan collar and bishop sleeves.
